Joel Gahr, a local artist from Point Pleasant, NJ, received a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Using pen & ink with watercolor, Joel's art depicts memorable Jersey Shore landmarks with a focus on both historical and local areas of interest.  He is also a member of the Manasquan River Group of Artists.
